Hey it happened to him (that's why I have him as the Christmas character and not a monster), so he can now help others.

It's only one alien and the Bumbble as 'ol dude called it in the movie, is large. The monster can tame this other monster. have the alien helping Santa go down chimneys and hand out presents. Maybe even work as security for fake santa at the mall.

What a story of redemption. Warms my heart. I'm going to the bathroom to cry.

As Ash from the original Alien has said.

"A perfect organism. A creature unclouded by conscious, remorse, or delusions of morality."

Straight up.

I'm voting the Xenomorph here.

What? I feel like you and I have different definitions of words, cause you seem to think "rehabilitate" means ripping somebody in half and "making somebody give up" means "beating them to death."

On the topic, no. I don't think the snowman could rehabilitate the Xenomorph. There's nothing to rehabilitate, it runs purely on instinct.

And then the Xenomorph's acidic blood bursts all over the Abominable Snowman, and he dies painfully as he melts into soup.

I mean that acid blood burns through several layers of floors in space freighters!

I was joking there. I know that wouldn't count. As for the other one, I think I said "beating them to near death," which is 100% a valid way of making someone give up

I don't see Abominable rehabbing a purely instinctual beast in the Alien, either. It's more likely that they fight, which, as Rakai hinted at, could end up a mutual kill (unless the Snowman opts to just throw the Alien into the horizon), or even go after similar prey if the Snowman has his teeth.
