Maybe if Deathstroke had time to prep with Nth metal (which is good against magic), but with shitty acme products? I don't see it.

Aaaannnd, ... I got nothin', lol. 

As mentioned, if Deathstroke could prep with even the tools he's used to acquiring/crafting, he just might have a shot. If the scenario allowed for Slade to visit and take over Discord's dimension, like Pinkie Pie apparently did once, he may also have a chance that way. 

But Slade's using ACME products in this terrain. Without toon force involved, ACME products are just as prone to hurt the user as the target, but with Discord being an entity of chaos (which is pretty much the basis of toon force), you're pretty much giving him ammo. 

I have a feeling Discord and Chaos from Aladdin would be like BFF's.
