Herbie when motivated is a winning race car. He also wins races when completely totalled. Herbie takes this.

In 1966 while finished sliced in the middle.

In 1977, he did it while split into his left and right halves with his engine block chopped in half. No matter what sort of punishment is levelled at Herbie you aren't stopping the love bug.

In 2005 he survived Lindsey Lohan behind the wheel and she doesn't have the best driving record. Herbie in that movie manages to avoid a NASCAR crash by driving on the fence defying all laws of physics. There's nothing that Rainbow Road or Roadkill can throw out that can stop the Love Bug.

If I recall correctly Roadkill kinda has bad armor for a Twisted Metal car, so he should be outclassed by Herbie who is a genuine race car and actually has some good driving records behind him for a change. He has this.
