Lightning Cruiser could win since he can fly and fire lasers.

Tough competition, but the Spawnmobile shouldn't be taken lightly either.

Of note, Spawn did use it against OvertKill and it fared pretty well against him.

He likely used it against Violator's Rig as well, but I'll have to read both mini-comics to get more of a feel on that.

Lightning Cruiser is likely stronger and does have the advantage of flight, however the Spawnmobile should have a grappling hook with a chain, allowing it to pull Lightning Cruiser back down.

Where it goes from there is anybody's guess, but if the car is somewhat similiar to Spawn, it should last for at least a little while.
