I don't know anything about Izzy, but Green Arrow should be great at this. He's athletic, acrobatic, and his throws would be very accurate

 I think that Green Arrow might have a slight advantage over Izzy Garcia in a dodgeball game with trampolines. His hand eye coordination is insane and might help out against Izzy Garcia's athleticism (I know Power Rangers aren't shy when it comes to flipping around).

I have a feeling Ollie may have the edge in athleticism, etc. over a non-armored Izzy. Izzy's relative youth may make this a little interesting, though.
