It might seem like Stay Puft would fit better because of his association with Ghosts in the past but I think the opposite is true. If a known haunted object is trying to sell me a haunted house there's no way in hell I'm going in there. Charles Entertainment Cheese has this one for me

I'm guessing at this point the house is famous enough that if you buy it, then ghosts, demons, murder, and a side of extreme haunting is probably what you are looking for.

In that respect I guess I'm leaning towards the authentic haunted object to complete the experience and make the sale.

I think Chuck E. Cheese has a better chance at making the sale of the Amityville horror house. Here are some reasons why:

- Chuck E. Cheese is more familiar and appealing to families with children, who are likely to be the target market for a large house.
- Chuck E. Cheese has more experience and skills in marketing and entertainment, as he runs a successful business that attracts millions of customers every year.
- Chuck E. Cheese is less likely to scare away potential buyers with his friendly and cheerful personality, unlike the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, who might remind them of the horrific murders that took place in the house.

I think Stay Puft is more likely to scare potential customers away with his size than make a convincing pitch. The more personable and much smaller Chuck E. might have the edge.

I don’t really know how the SPMM would appeal to home buyers. CEC has an advantage with visual recognition.

Oh my goodness. I work the docks at Oriental Trading Company and we have a contract with Chuck E. Cheese to warehouse their stuff and ship it to all their stores. Headache like a mug. 

But the mouse can sell the house.
