I say High Evolutionary again. He creations would be more impressive to me.

Yellowjacket is my favorite incarnation of Pym but even an edgier guy wouldn't draw me away from the wheelchair walrus. I'd give Evolutionary money just to fix that thing.

Don't know about this one. Whilst there is perhaps a bit more in terms of science that HE can offer, there's also something that could tend to put people off - I.e  the notion that a perfect specimen can be created that is superior to us. I think especially in modern times, that not a ideology that would attract much funding. 

Yellowjackets science however has real world applications that are immediately visible, without the controversy.

Who wouldn't pay to communicate with your pet? Your family member!!!!? To make something small would be cool no doubt but the High Evolutionary could connect you to your dog, cat, gerbil, snake, spider, raccoon on another level! My donation would go to him!

Not sure I'd be so quick to hand my beloved pet over to someone who would tear it apart in surgery and fuse it with cybernetics just so I could talk to it.

In fact, we chat fine to our cats and dogs as it is. The cat shouting "FEED ME NOW YOU LAZY F*£&ing HEATHEN SLAVE" at 3am instead of "meow meow" does not appeal...
