I am not going to vote or rate yet, but I would think Zoro has a very high chance of winning this. It all depends on the What, Why, and Where. I'll hold off until a story is added.

So not a direct fight, just who has better cutting power? I think I'm still going with Zoro.

 

So here is a couple things you should know for CBUB:

2. Rated matches should have a story leading up to the fight, the rating is really for the write up more than the actual match. This match should have gone to a rumble, or unrated meaning it's just a quick scenario that doesn't need a big story.

Welcome. I approve of anyone using Goeman and other Lupin characters. Goeman has a more cartoony vibe to his cutting so I really don't know.

I’m more familiar with Zoro and One Piece feats are pretty OP so I’m definitely leaning Zoro. If someone wants to show some feats for Goemon though I’m open to be corrected.
