On the one hand, Ultron Sigma was literally created from the mashing of two worlds which is what the CBUB is all about. On the other hand, if he draws from his own experience the setups might not be too good. The ONLY good interaction in Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite was Ryu teaching Hulk how to control his rage. 

Still, he has many more characters to draw from in his database, so I think that gives him the win here.
