@RakaiThwei's got some decent pulls in this round.  

I'm thinking Nemesis is faster and more durable than the famed tricked-out Hearst, and those are good qualities for a Mario Kart track.

Yeah can't see Nemesis losing this one. 

He's more durable, maneuverable, and likely faster, noting I couldn't find a top speed for Nemesis, but it is bound to be faster than the 100-110 mph (160-177 km/h) which is the speed of the Ecto-1 type of car without all the modifications it has to catch ghosts.

And he can switch to Bot mode too.

I agree with this. A lot of good characters have been getting bad pulls in this category.
