I don't know this Santa but it happened for the Snow Monster. Unless this Santa has super strength, the Snow Monster is going to beat him into submission. Mission accomplished.

The Angel in Santa's Slay ACTUALLY tried to do this in the movie but he actually failed in doing this by attempting to get Santa to turn good by having him give gifts to children. Ultimately that didn't work.

Also this Santa's got Satanic power on his side as he's the son of Satan... He can breathe hellfire so hot, it turns coal into combustible explosives somehow.

To even try to rehab someone, the Snow Monster's gonna have to be able to communicate in other ways besides the growling he does. He could try to communicate the rehab by beating it into this Santa, but as mentioned, that looks like a tough hill to climb here.
