This challenge is always tough as you have to determine what character's jobs are - but that said I can see Elvira pulling off anything that Grinch can, whereas Grinch might struggle with some of Elvira's roles (e.g. where she displays telekinesis or mystical knowledge).

Both are pretty charismatic, but Elvira seems to have more abilities and charm to work with.
