I'm going to go with the Big Red Predator here... Especially considering the fact that this Predator has actually hunted numerous Xenomorphs and actually encountered Batman. Now... whether or not he's successfully killed Batman, we don't know but he's definitely part of the Gotham Clan.

Fun fact: The Big Red Predator is an UNOFFICIAL fan-made character from the fan movie, Batman: Dead End however he has become "canon adjacent" in recent years when Twentieth Century Fox (prior to Disney's purchase) and Sandy Collora had approved NECA to create an action figure of this fan made character. This fan-made character has in his own way... become official!

Probably happened in the reboot. But Scrooge McDuck is skilled and survived sorcerers even and took down alien invaders as well.
