Let me settle the scenario..

The penguin king who rules with his army of Waddle Dees, vs. The reptilian king who rules with his army of Kremlings. Both are from a big gaming company, but who'll be the ultimate king on top?

Rated matches are more for writing a story than simply setting the scene. Why are they fighting, are there personal stakes? Are they remaining in character or going all out. If what you are doing is just making a quick scenario I would reccomend posting in the rumbles.

 

As for who wins? I think this is an easy win for Dedede.

Like IKA said if you don’t feel like writing out a scenario please use the Rumble match maker instead.

Also Deedee easily stomps K Rool. Deedee is canonically stronger then Bowser.
