I would think that Storm Blaster would have to travel on the ground to compete in the Daytona, since going lightspeed will make it overshoot the track on the first turn. That being the case, Roadkill, which looks like a modified sportscar, seems to be built more for the track.

If the Storm Blaster can reach lightspeed then I fail to see why it can’t just reduce its speed to just enough to be faster than the Roadkill vehicle? Like Usain Bolt doesn’t always go full speed when he’s running ya know.
