This is a tough one. Both are at peak human physical condition, acrobats and martial artists. Arguably Silk Spectre has been training longer (since she was 5), but Ollie has more experience (especially against tougher opponents).

Ollie has better athletic feats, Silk Spectre can fight no doubt but I don’t have enough details on her workout routine and stamina training to make an argument for her.
