From a glance, this seems kind of even. Both scientists have created some bizarre biological and mechanical inventions.

Only played one Crash Bandicoot game in my life that was years ago. From what I recall though Cortex only created like pretty standard looking robots, none that looked that original. I’m leaning High Evolutionary cause at least his creations look more distinct and eye-catching to the judges.
