Umm...I don't think R2 has the ability to really create things on his own, like he's awesome and clever astromech droid but like, no limbs. Unless we counting him just advising people on his behalf

This one might be a wash. I've never heard of either of these two creating special armor.

R2 if fiesty but he's not combat droid. I don't think he has the ability to do this.

Seems like Bishop could conjure up something. Probably not the best but something.
