She tried to hack the Supreme Intelligence her last time out.  

But yeah, UMPIRE seems to like Jocasta for this. She just might have a creative edge here, though, since I think she's spent time learning about humanity for other reasons besides trying to destroy it.

This is something I see Jocasta doing and Skynet not doing. Maybe if it entailed destroying humanity ti could probably put out a good setup.

All Skynet’s stories would inevitably end with robots killing all human life and ruling the world. Sure it’d be fun the first few times but I think people will eventually get tired of the same old formula. Jocasta at least I can see branching out and getting more creative with her setups.
