Well this might not go well lol

EDI seems to be limited by her own programming's parameters. Meanwhile, the Supreme Intelligence operates on his own and has cosmic power to boot. Between that, having been built by the Kree, consisting of the greatest Kree minds, and having dealt with Iron Man in the past, he can probably pretty comfortably build some nice armor.

The challenge is to create a 'suit of armor' around the world. Like a satellite network or armada of ships or global force field something not just a suit for a person.

Ah, my bad.  

In that case, between his collective intelligence, cosmic power, and assets from the Kree's own military, etc., Supremo is more than capable of creating and amassing such forces.
