The City: October 10th, 2024

The Mask has been causing major chaos over the past few weeks in "The City". He had found a way to jump universes in attempts to look for fresh stomping grounds. Along with his obscene behavior he has managed to rob two banks, causing several civilian injuries during the heists. Law enforcement has been completely dumbfounded by the Masks spree of chaos and do not have the firepower to handle it. Disgusted by the lunatic, the Tick takes it upon himself to put an end to all of the ruckus in order to protect The City and keep the civilians safe. Can the Tick teach the Mask a valuable lesson and send him packing back to Edge City or will the Mask continue his spree and establish a new stomping ground?
