khan from the alternate universe woke up in the original timeline. he decided that he want to take over planets but ended up coming face to face with his counterpart. at first he thought that they could team up to take over the federation of planets but then decided that the other would be far too dangerous. both have decided to get rid of the other

You made an okay short summary for both Khans, but for Rated Matches, it's expected to have more of a full story for the characters. Try to go into more detail with the story, like more on what lead to both Khans fighting, their dialogue, how they are feeling in each moment, etc.
