Next batch of new characters making themselves known.

Frank Fontaine is making a play for more power. 

Alex Sinclair is an obstacle and Harld Ratcher knows some secrets that would damage Fontaine.

Can Frank Fontaine manipulate Alex Sinclair into taking out Harold Ratcher?

Can Ratcher survive Sinclair?
