Previously: A group of adventurers was in the Amazon searching for one of the Thirteen Treasurs of Rule. Acting as their guild, Sheena tried to defend them when the treasure came in the possession of Necalli and he attacked them.

 

 

Edwin Alva frowned as his man on the ground explained the failure.

“The guy tore through the group and even fought our jungle girl escort to her limits.” said the man on the underside of the equator.

A Billionaire through his company- Alva Technologies- Edwin Alva funded many projects for governments and organizations. This Thirteen Treasures of Rule phenomenon came to him through the Cabal. A business associate, Arthur Petrelli, informed him of the opportunity.

Petrelli explained that the treasures were not on the Cabal’s radar yet and Alva presenting one to them would gain him access to their elite group. Petrelli had told him about the Cabal and the benefits of their network. He even told him that it was they that had resurrected the Dragon Emperor who was now the hottest threat in the world.

“Why could you not retrieve the treasure?” Alva didn’t understand him man’s explanation.

“It was there. But after the savage guy showed up it was gone. I’m guessing he took it.”

“What resources do I need to remedy this situation?”

“You need some kind of mystic, sir.”

Some searching ended up having Alva sitting in front of Madam Xanadu a fortune teller was willing to cooperate for a fee. Her cards provided just the answers he wanted.

“The Treasure is not with the man. The Treasure is the man. A powerful spell bonded them. The only way to separate them is to defeat the man in battle.”

“What do you mean ‘battle’?” the billionaire asked.

“You cannot shoot him. Not even stab him. It will kill him but the treasure will remain bonded to him. Only the fists of a fighter can break the spell.”

Taking that information. Alva arranged to pay some fighters to go on a little hunt. Such people were easy to find if one knew how to access underground fight clubs. This was something that he had put money behind in the past. For access to muscle for detestable situations.

Soon he had a small team put together and they were on the hunt.

His star man was Wolf Hawkfield, a wrestler who had been recommended when Alva’s people began scouting the underground fight clubs.

The group found Necalli easily. It was almost as if he was drawn to their fighting aura. The others fell within seconds leaving Wolf and his prey in a standoff.

I don't think Wolf has it in him, Necalli should be massively stronger although maybe slower and less agile. Still, I don't really enjoy Wolf's chances here.

Necalli kind of nosedived by the end of Street Fighter 5 but he should still be more than strong enough to take down Wolf.
