I see this as a rock paper scissors situation. Ekko beat Jinx in season 1, and with his upgrades and the ability to break time he definitely still wins. Jayce doesn't have the range to beat Jinx, but Ekko fights up close and doesn't know Jayce like he knows Jinx. It's possible he would get tagged although not super likely. Overall I think if it's standard equipment Jinx favors guns and has her speed burst. If it's all equipment and resources Ekko takes it with his mobility, knowledge of Jinx, and rewind mechanic
