A good fight and they're pretty evenly matched. 

I think Khan would have a better strategy, but Cap has fought above his weight class and I think that gives him the win.

Cap has far more numerous combat and physical feats. Khan just can’t keep up.

One weakness Khan has also is his arrogance, he is strong and ruthless sure but yeah he is arrogant.

Glad this is still up for me to say this...

Khan would make a good Captain America villain. He could match him physically minus the combat skills but his intellect and leadership would give a him followers and plans that would really put Steve through the wringer.
