I'd give it to Wrex. Krogan are built like rhinos, he's got advanced tech, his shields will protect him from the stealth, and he has biotics too. If he can fight an Asari Justicar for days on end, he can take this

Between his shields, his heavy armor, and Krogan's natural strength and resilience, Wrex should be fine
