Match 21366 Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) vs. Jadeite

A young girl with brown skin, brown hair, dressed in a blue burkini with a lightning bolt on it, red bodysuit, blue boots, a golden bangle on her left arm and a blue domino mask, she had hid behind a building for cover. Jadeite had gone in on the attack on the three Sailor Guardians; Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars with trying to run them over with jets.

'How did I even get to this point?' Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, had thought to herself.

It had all started with a simple field trip to Japan with the rest of her class from Jersey City. 

Kamala was aware of the at the time, new superheroes in Japan such as Sailor Moon and now, Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars. She wondered if Jupiter and Venus were in the cards. Probably not but the thought intrigued her.

In any case, she had seen the blonde man who Kamala immediately knew was the villain; Jadeite, had appeared in the sky demanding the Sailor Guardians confront him in a duel to the finish. Kamala and her classmates had witnessed the whole thing from their hotel rooms much to their shock. It was there that that settled it; Ms. Marvel was going to make her appearance in Japan.

"This may be a bad idea." Kamala recalled her friend Bruno voicing his small objection. "The Inventor, Becky, even .docX, I all get."

"This guy is new territory." He added. "What are you gonna do if it turns out he's more dangerous than those guys combined?"

"I know it's a risk." Kamala remembered her reply. "But I think they're gonna need my help. And besides, when else am I gonna have the opportunity to team up with Sailor Moon?"

"And also Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars." She hastily added. 

Bruno sighed, "I can't stop you."

"Just be careful out there, alright?" He then said to his friend.

"Thanks, Bruno!" Kamala hugged her friend to which he returned the hug.

Nakia, Mike and Zoe even hugged her as well, all wishing her luck when Kamala managed to sneak out of the hotel the night of the duel had arrived and raced to the airport in full Ms. Marvel gear.

When she had arrived at the airport, she made herself discreet. Ms. Marvel had even shrunk smaller to avoid detection. 

Ms. Marvel had noticed three girls; two schoolgirls and a shrine maiden. She was confused. What did they have to do with the Sailor Guardians? As they fought the fake policemen and they transformed, it all made sense to her. They were the Sailor Guardians. Out of pure respect from superhero to superheroes, Ms. Marvel vowed to never tell anyone she had seen their secret identities.

That and she literally did not know who they were.

It was after Jadeite lured the girls to outside the airport where the planes are that he made his move trying to kill them. 

Ms. Marvel had followed them and pondered when to help the Sailor Guardians. 

She breathed and inhaled; it was now or never. 

As the planes chased Sailor Moon, Ms. Marvel, with her stretching ability, grabbed Sailor Moon from being run over.

Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars were shocked to see this newcomer come into the fray. Sailor Moon, while shocked, was also insanely grateful. But none were more outraged than Jadeite.

"Thank you! Thank you!" Cried Sailor Moon before she asked, "But who are you?"

"What?!" Jadeite screamed in outrage and anger. "Who is this?!"

"They call me Ms. Marvel!" The superhero girl from New Jersey cried out, who had managed to hear Jadeite. "And I'm here to help out Sailor Moon and the other Sailor Guardians!"

"All I got, I want to say to him I'll punish you but I didn't want to feel like I'm stealing your catchphrase." Ms. Marvel whispered to Sailor Moon to which she could only respond with confusion.

"In any case, you'll die with the rest of them!" Jadeite exclaimed with a sadistic smile.

"Wanna bet?" Sailor Mars cried out as she and Sailor Mercury joined the other superheroines.

"Let's get him!" Sailor Moon and Ms. Marvel exclaimed.

"Right!" The other Sailor Guardians chorused in agreement.

Wow, it's been a long while since I've done one of these. But yeah, I got creative with this one using the plot of a Sailor Moon episode and inserting Ms. Marvel into it and using the sliding time scale so this takes place in say, 2025 as opposed to the 90s. 

Basically the goal is, can Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) beat Jadeite as the Sailor Guardians did in said Sailor Moon episode?

I'm gonna go with Jadeite.

The Shitennou, in most media of Sailor Moon, are rather powerful in that they can drain energy and even utilize magical energy blasts as well, not to mention capable of flight and entrancing others to bend to their will.

She has met her share of powerful villains though and managed to survive to be fair. Even weirder stuff too.

I'm not familiar what so ever with Sailor Moon.

I feel like Kamala does have a descent shot though based on her experiences.

It’s tough since Sailor Moon characters are usually more OP then they look, but I do think Kamala’s experience with weird villainy could make her tailor made for this.

Welcome back to CBUB matchmaking, Movie-Brat!  Good, fun set-up. From what little I know of Sailor Moon and Kamala, you seem to have everyone in-character. 

As for the match, if this was just Ms. Marvel fighting alone against this Jadeite dude, she might've been in serious trouble. Since she's fighting along with the Sailor Scouts, though, their team-up should probably allow them to take him down. Kamala's most important role in this may be using her various abilities to distract Jadeite long enough for the Scouts to subdue him.
